How It's Made

On this page we'll show you the 10 step process it takes to make your costume to order cabinets. Featuring the only fully automated, seamless, laser, edgebander in the USA! Your cabinets are cut to the exact measurements, without the possibility of human error, using a CNC saw. This process guarantees perfect fitment

01

Rail Car

First a rail car is delivered and unload supplying our weekly shipment of premium grade cores at the panel storage building. Panels are transported daily to the lamination and machining facility.

02

Manufacturing Facility

The manufacturing facility has it's own in-house melamine press. Every panel is processed through this machine using heat and pressure to create the texture for the Wood Grain series, or to balance the board prior to performing acrylic lamination.

03

Cleanroom Environment

Panels requiring specialty lamination go to the "cleanroom environment" to get an impeccably smooth surface required for high-gloss and matte lamination. Removing dust particles from the air prevents surface inconsistencies that would leave a small blemish in the final product.

04

Holding Station

Laminated panels are then stored in the automated inventory system. Using a robotic arm, panels are pulled from inventory and fed into the pre-programed saw for cut-to-size parts.

05

Automated Saw

The automated saw is programmed to cut standard

4'x 8' panel with minimum waste. A robotic arm moves the cut panels to a conveyor system to continue machining.

06

Suction Cups

Industrial strength high volume suction cups easily hold onto and prevent damage when moving the cut panels from machine to another.

Cleanroom Environment

Using a barcode system, cut panels are scanned as they enter into an automated laser edgebander. The machine applies a seamless edge on all required sides without any human involvement. This state-of-art technology is the only automated process from inventory to finished components in the US.

08

Inspection

Once the cut panels are edgebanded they move into a a large holding rack to be thoroughly inspected.
